What's included in weekly service?
Every visit includes skimming the surface, brushing walls, vacuuming, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing chemicals, and checking your equipment and cleaning system. You get a report with chemical levels and photos after every visit.
How does the free month work?
Sign up for a monthly service plan as a new customer and your first month is completely free — billing starts with your second month of service. No coupon codes, no hoops.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contracts. Our plans are flexible and month-to-month — we keep customers by doing great work, not with fine print.
What happens if it rains?
We still come. Rain actually throws off your water chemistry, so post-rain visits matter most. If severe weather makes service unsafe, we reschedule that week's visit — you're never charged for a skipped stop.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can access the pool area (gate code or unlocked gate), we handle everything and send your report with photos when we're done.
